                                   CIRCULAR NO. WR-11-2005-21

Subject -           Payment of Dearness Allowance to all employees including

                        Executives governed (CDA) pattern and related scales of pay at the

                        Revised rates effective from 1.7.2005 – regarding.

         REF;-    (i) Circular No. 20 of 1997 dated 11.11.1997

                      (ii) WR-11-2005-13 dated 1.6.2005.

                      The Corporation employees whose jpay under CDA pattern has been

        Fixed as per instructions      issued vide Circular at SL. NO.(1) above w.e.f.

        1.1.1996 are allowed to draw Dearness Allowance at the revised rate of 21%

        Of the pay w.e.f. 1.7.2005 as per Government  instructions contained  in

         Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. No. 1(5)/2005-E.II(B)

          /746 dated 7.10.2005(copy enclosed).
