Procurement centres are identified for
each type of crop i.e.Rabi /
Kharif along with GOI specification The planning is based on the quantity
being procured. The Past Performance of the centre is
also taken care of during planning. Squad Team of the minimum 2 AMs having
relevant field experience. The time to be taken along with the
coverage of procurement centre are also identified. -do- The proposal should be complete and
correct in all respect. Squad members should be available Squad
members should be intimated about the inspection at least one week
advance. Location of
the procurement centres, period of inspection, inspection formats,
foodgrains specifications shall be provided to the squad. Within 15 days All the
formats shall be duly filled. The
format filled shall legible. All the
non-compliances shall be covered in the observations. Within a
week All the
observations shall be checked for the completeness before despatch. ATR shall be
received from procuring regions within 15 days except in case of any
vigilance action. The action
taken shall be relevant to the observations. |
