1. Receipt of Projections Nature The projections should be on Monthly basis for forthcoming six months

  Cash Flow Statement Calculation Quantitative projections converted into monetary terms. For sales & export issue price to be taken. For Procurement MSP, budgeted incidental and carry over charges (if any) to be taken. CIP Rates, Budget Book
    Calculation Opening Monthly Overdraft (+) projected payments for the month (-) projected receipts for the month = Closing Overdraft for the month  
    Time The Cash Flow is to be prepared at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the six months for which it is prepared
2 Communicaton Time The Cash Flow should eb communicated by the First week of the concerned six months  
4 Record of data Time Procurement data to be entered in the control register within a day of receipt Control Register
